A very original character study and a sweet ode to male friendship. Some very strong acting in this movie, but none stronger than Jessie Wiseman. She is radiant in the role of Milly and if there is any meritocracy in Hollywood at all, this woman has a very long career in front of her.

Corman’s World: Exploits of a Hollywood Rebel
at Tower Theatre in Salt Lake
My Score – 90

A beautiful tribute to a man who gave his start to many careers. On top of a nicely paced, informative documentary are four interview tems: three feature chances to see very interviews from David Carradine, Irvin Kershner, and George Hickenlooper reminiscing about Corman’s affect on their lives before their recent deaths. The fourth is probably the most touching moment I’ve ever seen from Jack Nicholson.
