Ridiculously good. I cannot say enough.
We have yet to have a bad dish here, despite many visits. The portions are generous for a small plates eatery. There are two dishes, however, that stand out. It is not a visit to Eva without a plate of brussels sprouts and an order of Oink, Oink, Oink.
My wife hates brussels sprouts and not only loved these lovely, shredded and hazelnut-garnished bad boys, but nearly refused to let me have my half of the plate. At $5, I’d suggest ordering one for yourself.
Oink, Oink, Oink, on the other hand, is perfect for sharing. Two large skewers populated with perfectly cooked pork belly, cubes of pork loin, and candied garlic wrapped in bacon are dotted with small bits of cheese. If you worship at the altar of the porcine god as I do, you’ve likely given up reading the review and are on your way down there. Enjoy, says I.
